My name is Ricardo. I am a partner in our tax and accounting firm, PharmaTax and and DentalTax. We're located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. We focus mainly on pharmacists and dentists. We have four staff members and three partners right now, and our ultimate goal is to help clients pay less tax, start and grow a business, and build their wealth. For the workflow management, we're using Client Hub.
One of the things that was driving us nuts was we needed to constantly remind our clients to upload this, to upload that. This, that, whatever. You know, everything was up here.
This happens to every firm owner. Sometimes, you're going to have clients who come back and point fingers at you and say, "The work's not been done!" Well, now, I can go back and say, "Well, Mr. Client ,or Mrs. Client, I sent you this task on, you know, March 1st. Here we are on March 23rd. We can't finish our job, if you haven't responded to all the tasks there."
We wanted to have a client interfacing tool, as well as storing documents. Well, now, with Client Hub, I can just create a task, and it's automatically going to remind the client every so often, so that if the client doesn't do it, at least I can go back into Client Hub and say, "Hey, Mr. Client, I sent you this task a month ago, and you haven't responded to me yet."
They like that it's simple to use; very simple to navigate it. The reaction has been positive.
