So in 2015, when I injured my back, like at some point everyone's gonna injure something doing exercise 2015 was my turn
I couldn't move for a few weeks and, uh, you know, being addicted to exercise, like so many people were, um, you know, that wasn't an option for me to do nothing. And so my search began and I started to look for ways to stay in shape that didn't require hours of training that didn't require, um, necessarily such high intensity or such high forces for me to stay in shape.
And it wasn't until I came across a, a single book that would change my entire thinking
This book promised that I would get into better shape in a fraction of the time.
