if somebody's unconfident, it's not their fault, it's the fault of their programming.
Negative programs are formed. Usually in the first seven years of life events that are traumatic or dramatic or have emotional intensity shape our character, things that are told to us repeatedly or told by authority figures like be quiet, no one wants to hear what you have to say, or you are no good at this. That helps form a belief. It goes in with the power of it. NTIC suggestion.
So when I work with somebody who's unconfident, I hypnotize them.
And when they're in trance, I dissolve and remove the negative beliefs that are holding them back. And I put positive new ones in there that fill them with confidence, or I use NLP to help them stop the negative self talk and see themselves achieving and succeeding and feeling confident.
Suddenly that anxiety and fear switches off that feeling of desperation is gone and in its place is a feeling of relaxed alertness, a kind of inner sense of wellbeing. And self-belief a resilience, a motivation, and an optimism, a feeling that everything is going your way and all is well.
