I'm going to share a couple of questions. The one that we cannot skip for sure is the outcome driven question.
So what is it that you expect to do with our solution? And then a couple of options, a couple of jobs or outcomes that the users are expecting to deal with with our solution. And other really important question is, do you ask them, what are they switching from? In order to achieve these outcomes. So if the outcome of using VideoAsk is to communicate, perhaps, I'm switching from email.
So it doesn't necessarily mean that that's straight from another video solution. And the third thing is some basic demographics, because at the end of the day, we want to translate jobs into some short of demographics. Demographics that correlate better with some jobs. So what is it that you expect to do with our solution?
What are you switching from? And the couple of demographics. If you mix this data with same data, same questions, just reversed at the, at the churn stage, then you can easily compare what makes someone a power user and what makes someone a churned user.
